Nothing short of spectacular! What an amazing chef. We had rhe opportunity to work with Spice House for a private party. Chef was a referral from a friend of mine and i'm so grateful. We were supposed to be going on a cruise for a bachelor/bachelorette party however that was canceled so we decided to surprise the bride and groom with a private chef and have their closest friends come to dinner (24 people in all). Dameon did a wonderful job with accommodating the special requests of such a big group. The dinner was executed flawlessly and the food was absolutely amazing! Chef Dameon was nothing short of amazing. A+ in every category, from responsiveness, to menu options, to presentation, to the deliciousness of the food. There were 4 ladies in the gathering and we all shared the same opinion of how wonderful Chef Dameon was. He even made a last minute switch to one of the appetizers when we found out one of the ladies did not eat scallops. - How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always have a passion for cooking since I was a child. I remember going to the market with my mom when I was a boy and I was just fascinated by the different produce and fish and meat, In those days everything was grown naturally aka organic ,the smell from tomatoes or onions or thyme I don't know where to start just writing this and I get so taken aback.
