- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an industry standard trip/diagnostic fee on all of our service calls. We charge an industry standard maintenance fee for all of our maintenance calls. We do offer free second opinions(must provide original contractors invoice), free estimates on duct work and equipment installations. We offer free estimates on renovation projects and new construction as well. We do offer discounts on service and installations through Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to listen to the issues they are experiencing. Or listen to the services they are requesting. Each scenario is different so it’s important to know what is going on. We will start by getting all of that information on the phone. Depending on the service required we typically will need to make a site visit to evaluate what is going on. Once everything is evaluated we will then provide our recommendations on the following steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technical/Trade schooling and extensive field training. We also provide continuing education annually for our technicians.
