These guys did a great job. I've been previously using the Frank Gay people but got tired of their sales tactics and scheduling issues and prices. These guys found that my outside condenser unit was wired wrong so that the fan was spinning backwards causing it to suck air down and blow the hot air out of the sides instead of sucking air in the sides and blowing the hot air up and out! This was putting major strain on my system and would have burned out my compressor! How could the previous guys from Frank Gay never noticed this all the times they've done a maintenance? Customer for life now.

We did not go with this company for our complete AC system installation, but I want to give a review as this company responded immediately for my repair. They were truly concerned that my AC had broken and came out to assist immediately. Knowing that I might not purchase system thru them, they installed an outside compressor fan motor and freon, knowing this was only a 24 hr fix, but concerned about my family in this Florida heat. Now that s an extra mile.

I had a before summer maintenance done. Richard and his son were quick to schedule and on time. This was a teaching moment as he explains the process and science of AC/Heat. One room was never cool, he gave options to help the issue saying “try the less expensive way first,” by installing a larger air return. Thanks for helping to make AC repair reliable and Honest.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We charge $45 for our service calls. If you need further repair the $45 goes towards your complete repair. We really keep our prices down compared to our competitors.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We want our customers to understand that the minute they contact us on Thumbtack we are charged fees. If your just price checking please call us instead of us getting charged these fees. If you contact us we will come. Our typical process is going to the customer and diagnosing the problem and fixing the problem in the quickest, most affordable way possible to get the customer back up and running again.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Over 30 years of experience in heating, cooling and refrigeration.
