- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are happy to offer free consultations to prospective clients. Often times on insurance related claims we are able to represent clients on a contingency basis. What this means is that we do not charge you for our services. Rather, we will take a percentage or anything we recover for you. On family law matters our firm offers very competitive pricing and we will even work with you on a payment plan if need be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client contact is very, very important at our firm. All clients have direct access to their attorney and we encourage all our staff and attorneys to maintain contact with clients throughout the legal process. Often times we have found that clients just need simple updates on their cases which many firms do not offer. We are happy to give you that information whenever you request it.
