- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do keep a low overhead. So, based on competitive standards depending on the technical knowledge and research needed I can usually arrive at a reasonably low price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I write up a standard invoice involving the symptoms of how is the computer behaving with an evaluation of what needs to be done. For web sites, I have a questionnaire to cover most aspects to make it time efficient and complete for the data needed as well as the method involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an AS engineering degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing as well as A+ Certification in Computer Repair. I have HP Printer Repair Training along with my experience.
