Yes. We attend various web workshops and training offered by Microsoft, Google, and other leaders in the Tech Industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As the manager of the computer department at Fry's Electronics in Chicago and Las Vegas, I was approached regularly by customers looking for solid, personalized tech support. When the opportunity presented itself, I made the transition and never looked back.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Same day online repair, convenient drop off repair and full service on-site repair. We can complete most on site repairs in a single visit. Whichever you choose, We try hard to make the process easy for you. If you drop off your system for repair , you are in and out in only a couple minutes. No Lines. No Waiting. If you need on site service, we can usually be there the very next day (not a week from Thursday like the big box store). If you choose online repair, you pay when the job is complete to your satisfaction.
