I price my services competitively based around my area and other companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try and evaluate the situation and give them a timeframe and alternative if it is to their advantage so they have an idea as to what to expect and not end up with unsatisfactory outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many computer courses earlier in my career which led to Microsoft, Cisco, Comptia and other certifications. Also always staying up to date with technology
