FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have payment plans and work really hard to try and stay within your budget. We are not the cheapest on the block. Why? Because we need to charge fairly so our lawyers put in the TIME for you. Putting in the TIME on a case can result in getting a better plea offer, a not guilty verdict or an outright dismissal. I hire experienced lawyers who want to do a great job for you because they are proud of what they do for a living. I found that i can only get great lawyers by paying them fairly. If you hire cheap, expect that the work will be cheap and that the lawyer does not hold him or herself to a higher standard. We do offer Military, Student and other discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client hires us, we open your file usually within 24 hours. We file documents in the court on your behalf and your file gets transferred to your assigned lawyer's legal assistant who will reach out to you to schedule your first meeting (in person or over the phone) with our lawyer. Once we have gotten the alleged evidence, we will contact you for a second meeting so you can discuss your case and the alleged evidence. That meeting is usually but does not have to be in person. We will update you about court dates, plea offers and anything relative and important about your case. Our job is to put you at ease as much as possible and to constantly work hard to get you out of the trouble you are facing. We can never guarantee anything but we know our job is to help you!
