We had hired a day-of coordinator who fell gravely ill and was put on immediate bed rest. Thankfully she's fine now, but with mere weeks to go before the big day (and a destination wedding, no less), we were in crisis mode. Cue Sunshine Weddings, LLC. From beginning to end, Bill and Karen were exceptional. Bill took the logistical reins, patiently answered all of my questions, thoroughly handled the details of the scheduling/contractual/vendor process along with every single curve ball thrown our way (including a category 4 hurricane that severed all means of long distance communication less than 10 days before our nuptials) with a cool, calm head. With such sturdy captains at the helm, I had no alternative but to be a stress-free bride. This combination of words in the same sentence seems rather peculiar - it's even a little bit odd to write - but it is the honest truth. Bill and Karen surpassed our expectations. From decor execution and time management to tactfully handling cultural differences and gracefully putting out little "fires" (both seen and unseen) - I cannot praise them enough. I will be forever grateful to them for ensuring our day was nothing short of extraordinary. Thank you both so very, very much.
Wow! That's what Destiny clearly brings to a wedding! She does a 15 minute consultation AND a huge discount for Thumbtack clients (as of this review) which I really appreciate and makes the process that much better. We haven't started planning my wedding yet, but her site is clean and examples of her work are lovely! In comparison to other wedding planners I've researched this is not something I could do on my own! I vibed with her passion, responsiveness, artistry, professionalism, personality, and understanding for over the top-ness!
With planning a destination wedding to Orlando, Susan was able to design and delivery beautiful bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids! All planning was done over the phone, by text and email which was quite helpful! End result- simply wonderful!

Well I can go on and on and when I tell you this women here has been that ear opener since day one from text to email she was by my side and I'm super excited to work with her for my baby boy 1st birthday! Even through I know I'm 10 months ahead she's been on her job making sure this event is memorable with the phone calls to getting me a venue I'm so amazed at her work and effort she puts in with me being such pest with planning my baby birthday and I thank so much in advance fpr mqking tne dream work! November couldn't come sooner enough.
My wife and I had a really great experience with our wedding. They were very responsive and were always on time for our phone consultations. My fiancé was a bit of a bridezilla but Coffee Garden helped keep her focused and the flowers turned out stunning! They also do event planning, so 6 months later we decided to use them for my parents' 25th wedding anniversary party. We had 150 people and they made kept everything exactly on point. Both times were a wonderful experience and we'll definitely use them again for our next big family event.
Anna created the perfect environment for my wedding! She made our aisle runner, bouquets, centerpieces, and the entire wedding decor! She came highly recommend from one of my friends!!! I was so impressed with everything and her pricing was very very reasonable. I am so pleased that she played such a big part of making my wedding looking so magical! Jennie did an amazing job, she worked well with my budget and brought my dream to life. My wedding was picture perfect thanks to her beautiful floral arrangements. Being from out of town, made planning a wedding a nightmare, but Jennie made it such a breeze, I sent her some photos of what I wanted and she made it happen. She kept in contact with me, updated me with anything to help me. I will recommend her to anyone looking!
I met them at a friends party, was impressed and immediately booked him for my husbands retirement party from the police department. It was such a huge success, that we have booked them again for my daughters wedding. Prices are great, and service is amazing. You can not go wrong by having them at one of your events! I highly recommend them too friends and family.

I met Bianca through event planning for non-profit events at our university, and she has always wowed and impressed me with her organization, realistic viewpoints, and creativity. Bianca is now my day-of-coordinator for my wedding, but she has continually gone above and beyond our agreed-upon tasklist. She has helped me with wedding drama as a neutral third party, she has helped brainstorm ideas and be a tie-breaker when we can't decide, and she is overly organized - she is awesome! I never dreamed of having a big wedding. I wanted to elope, but I married into a traditional family who insisted we have a wedding. So, I started planning a small (around 100 people) wedding by myself living 13 hours away from my family and closest friends. In fact our venue didn't have enough servers present to accommodate our guests, and I had no idea until after our wedding was said and done because she stepped in and ran the kitchen and tended to our guests.
