All I can say is Wow!! I was stuck at 4:30pm with a washing machine that wouldn't drain and I was leaving town the next morning at 7am. Instead of Alex refusing my call, he came out after hours and fixed my machine. He was polite,courteous, and fixed it for me cheaper than I expected, and alot cheaper than other competitors. He accepted a credit card as well, unlike a competitor of his who actually hung the phone up on me since he wanted me to pay cash for his services and I told him I never heard of such a thing. Anyhow, I would recommend Alex and his company to anyone. He was more than professional and bent over backwards to help me. Thank u again Alex for helping me when I was in a bind.
