Romel removed the existing electrical wiring and system for a home built in the 1952 (that was being totally renovated in Winter Park, FL) and re-wired the entire house to meet the current Florida Building Code. Not only did he meet the currentl code he exceeded the requirements by installing heavier guage wires were he deemed necessary. His work was very professional, great quality and extremely thorough and neat. The electrical inspector actually made the comment that Romel's work was some of the best he had ever seen. Romel really paid attention to detail and was always on time and always met the required deadlines. Because of his knowledge and workmanship the GC didn't have to have much interaction with the Builidng Inspector, Romel was able to handle all aspects of the electrial work. It was truly refreshing to have a contractor actually perform above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommned this electrican for any project, large or small.
