I am only giving 5 stars because 20 wasn't an option. Susan was amazing! She made the ideas in my mind come to life. She was very affordable, extremely creative and reliable. She took all of my ideas and created a masterpiece. We were completely blown away at how creative she was on our budget. She knew all kinds of unique flowers and plants that we had never even heard of that where closer to our budget without using the everyday flower. She made our wedding look exotic and beautiful. She collected all of my decor in advance and came to our venue the day of to decorate the entire place. We did not have to lift one finger. She had everything set up and organized just the way I had imagined and even came the following day to pick everything back up. WRM made our wedding beautiful and stress free AND affordable! Well, the product as far as the photo booth goes was excellent. But according to the contract there should have been a attendant there to help with the process for the guests. They pretty much just set up the photo booth and left. So the guests had to figure it out themselves. I didn't like that at all, because what if something would have gone wrong, I was apart of the wedding so I would not have been able to help. I felt like there merchandise became my responsibility and that is a negative 👎🏾. I also didn't like that I had to get a estimated time of arrival on the day of the event, that was ludicrous to me but I just went with it. Overall I don't normally give low reviews but I felt you should really know what you are paying for. Oh yeah I also had to leave the photo booth in the venue bc something happen where the couldn't come and pick it up, which could have been avoided if an attendant would have been there.
