- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I don't do fee based planning. Let's sit down and talk about your plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first meeting will be a get-to-know you session. I will ask questions to understand your goals and dreams and what steps you have already taken towards financial security. Afterwards, we will get together again in the next week and I will present you with a road map and ideas to show you where you stand, where you want to go, and how to enhance your plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my masters in business management (MSM). I am 2-15 licensed (insurance) and I have my 6 & 63 (investment license). I am also working on my CLTC (a designation in long term care insurance).
