I work from a functional training standpoint, incorporating HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), I also incorporate range of motion training and different therapies to increase your mobility! I truly enjoy knowing that we are helping someone attain a lifestyle they couldn't attain on their own. When I see participants reaching their goals, it's heart warming; just knowing that you've helped someone extend their life, given them more time with their children and family.Just knowing that a program you created helped someone increase their range of motion, rid themselves of back, knee pain and they no longer have tension headaches is reward in itself!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes we have a program where the more sessions to pay for it advance the cheaper the cost. If we have a particular space set for 16 weeks, it makes it easier for us to schedule others! 10 sessions $300, 20 sessions $500!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We have each client start with an fitness assessment, where we configure their goals and begin to set a path for achievement. During that assessment when help to uncover the issues which may cause derailment from our plan as well as where you would excel. We also uncover any muscle imbalances that may cause issues with the completion of our workouts, we then create a range of motion profile to help you conquer those issues.
