I contacted Idwin Perez at Cosmos Inspections to complete 4 Point and Wind Mitigation inspections as required by my new Home Owners Insurance Company. I explained to Mr. Perez that I was on a deadline and he was able to schedule me within 24 hours notice. He arrived 10 minutes early professionally dressed in uniform. Idwin completed the inspections and reviewed them with me in detail. He explained what the insurance company would be looking for and pointed out items that might be of concern. The next day I received a detailed copy of the inspections including pictures in a format I could easily submit to the insurance company. Bottom line, I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received. Mr. Perez was efficient, professional, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Cosmos Inspections and will use them again for all my home inspection needs in the future.

Absolutely recommend Cosmos to be your home inspector for your Real Estate Needs. Not only was he on time but way earlier than the schedule appointment! He was friendly and super professional! As a real estate broker, it's important for my buyers to hire a licensed inspector to give a clear picture to them as to what they're purchasing. The inspection performed was thorough and the inspection report was very clear and concise. My buyer had no problem understanding what items needed attention in order for her to move forward with her purchase thanks to the great inspection report provided by Cosmos. Danny was the one who did our inspection and I was there for most of it but had to rush out due to a personal emergency. The inspection report was thorough and being that that this is our first time buying reading the report was a bit overwhelming so we called and he walked us through it and took his time to ease our concern and gave his honest opinion on how he would approach certain problem area. By the end of the call not only did we feel better but was so excited to be moving forward with the property. thanks you for the great inspection report
