Our list of available inspections includes: * full home inspections (both pre-purchase for buyer and pre-sale for seller) * 4-point insurance inspections * wind mitigation inspections * roof certification inspections * new construction staged inspections (performed at various stages of the construction process) * radon testing * mold testing * inspections of commercial property including multi-unit properties We can also coordinate termite (WDO) inspections to happen at the time of our home inspection through A7 pest control. Our inspectors are ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) certified and licensed by the State of Florida.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look beyond the state license, EVERY home inspector is required to have that. Look for additional national certifications, and experience shown by number of years in business - at least 10 years is advised. Stay away from the inspectors who are working out of the back of their truck or car, go for the company with multiple inspectors and a full office staff, available to assist you immediately.
