I'm not one to leave reviews but I felt the need to leave one for Carpenter Home Inspection. We had an unlucky situation with the seller and had to cancel with Mr. Carpenter a couple times. He was extremely understanding and patient. At the inspection site, the seller accused him of being late, when he was actually ON TIME. He handled the seller's comment very professionally as he continued his inspection inside the house. Anthony was VERY prompt whenever we texted or messaged him, he was professional and very thorough with his reports. The description and pictures he took were clear and precised. We felt comfortable communicating with him, even in the late hours and early mornings in this time sensitive matter. If you're reading this review, Anthony is the one to call for all your inspection needs! Highly recommended!!!

Carpenter Home Inspections is the most comprehensive and competitively priced servicer I found in the Central Florida Area. They were the only bid I got that took into consideration the home was only 760sq. feet, and adjusted their fee accordingly. Anthony was very informative, thorough, and most importantly professional. He was very considerate and respected the property as if I already owned it. His turnaround time was very fast and his report was very detailed so much that I was able to get a price reduction based on his findings. He is very responsive to emails, text, and phone calls. Anthony even made two trips at no additional charge due to water not being on at the time of the initial inspection appointment. Because of my experience with Anthony, this the only company I would strongly recommend using for your home inspection needs!

Mr. Carpenter provided a home inspection for my buyers. He made himself available during the time I needed, He was thorough and he didn't waste any time putting together and delivering the report. All things a realtor can certainly appreciate! Especially when the inspection period is shortened! I've already referred other people to him.

Outstanding! I hired Anthony at about 6 p.m. yesterday and told him I needed an inspection as soon as possible, preferably this morning. He inspected the home at 9:00 a.m. this morning, and I had the report by 2:00 p.m. this afternoon. He called me when the inspection was done to tell me what he found. He answered his phone each time I called him. The report is very detailed, with lots of photographs and explanations. Overall, Anthony provided excellent service, and I am extremely satisfied.

Yes I stay involved with continuing education through InterNachi. They are the worlds largest Home Inspection Associations in the nation. These courses are mandatory to keep each inspector up to date on inspection protocols.

My advice for customers looking to hire someone like me is do your homework. First make sure the Inspector is licensed. Second try to get as much details on the inspector as possible such as website, certification, specialty, as well as work history.
