FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free, no obligation, in person, one hour consultation to all of our patients in order to make sure they are a good candidate for hypnosis, ready to make changes, comfortable with their therapist and fully understand how this type of therapy works in order to alleviate any stigmas associated with hypnosis from the media. All of our sessions last up to two hours and are $150 per session. Should you not reach hypnosis during that session, you are refunded on the spot. If you are in need of more than one session, we have payment plans and discounts available to make your work with us doable and stress free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically with a new patient we will have you fill out a wellness evaluation which will give your therapist some base information on the type of help you're needing. We will schedule a one hour, free consultation to make sure you're informed and comfortable with your therapist and that we can meet your needs. Next we work to make sure scheduling and financial responsibilities are worry free. As an 11 year old, well established business, we have the ability to offer payment plans and extend financial help when needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our therapists have a wide range of training from individual mental health counseling, family and relationship counseling to hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming and more. Many of them are trained addiction counselors as well. Each hypnotherapist is required to achieve the highest certifications and training before practicing in our clinic and will spend many months shadowing one of our experts before seeing their first patient. Incidentally, we don't allow "script-nosis" (the reading of hypnosis scripts during a session). Our clinicians are well versed in many different types of hypnosis as well as inductions so we can actually offer help to people who've been told they're "not hypnotizeable".
