- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are proud to offer FREE estimates. Each and every customer consultation is unique and priced according to the scope of work to be involved. As an added bonus.....Once every three months we offer our "Customer Appreciation" Exterior Painting Special. We encourage everyone to take advantage of this deal, being that it is an opportunity to get the paint job of your dreams for a fraction of the cost. No Gimmicks!!! Just a Professional painting company giving back to our community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, we schedule an appointment time, that works for the client so that the project can be viewed, and the scope of work can be outlined. After the initial meeting we will provide an on-site quote to the client. Upon the quote being approved, a standard painting contract must be signed before any work begins. Once signed, a deposit is required to cover cost of paint supplies, and solidifies the commitment on your behalf so that we can begin pre-production on your project and line up our painting crew. After this process, works begins. (Prep, Paint, Cleanup) Typically this process can take anywhere from two days, to one week, depending on the size of your project. Full payment is required upon completion of your project.
