- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The investment you make in one of my programs is not just what you see on the stage. You get countless hours of research into your groups needs, wants & desires. Plus after the program there is follow ups with Facebook live sessions, webinars and videos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially there should be a phone conversation to see if there is a fit for both of us. Sometimes I'm not the right speaker for you and if I'm not I can recommend someone who is. My only goal is for you to get the value and outcome you're looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having run my own business for the last 22 years has taught me a lot about marketing, innovation, motivation & productivity. Since my business is different than most "typical" business the insights I have are one not normally shared by most motivational speakers. These are tools and techniques that have helped my grow my business and become successful.
