I have extensive experience with clients between the ages of 14 and 85, working around an endless list of medical limitations (joint pain/malfunction/injury, autoimmune disease, skeletal muscle pain/injury, etc.)
Alongside each client’s main goal- I strive to seek consistent improvements in a client’s body composition, strength, and joint/muscle function.
