Trainer Daniel Berzon is the best I've ever worked with. A true professional, dedicated to helping his clients with their individual personal fitness goals. Whether you have never worked out or trained in a gym, or have years of training experience, Mr. Berzon is very skilled at helping people of all ages and abilities to lose weight, to become stronger, and to become more lean. His skills as both a trainer and a nutritionist are a very successful combination. Having lost 50 pounds, dropped 4 dress sizes, improved my thyroid function, and become stronger now than I have ever been, I can personally attest to his abilities and highly recommend him and Power Hour Fitness.

In 8 mos I've lost over 13 lbs + inches as well! I definitely feel stronger + more energized. At 72, I appreciate that Daniel is so encouraging + careful not to stress my knees + back which have had surgery. He varies my workouts + keeps them interesting!

Professional, motivational, experienced, and friendly are just a few of the words that come to mind. Daniel not only trains but he teaches as well. I am now fully confident in my working out capability and I understand how to get the results I want. Fantastic trainer and I could not imagine a week to go by without getting in the gym to see him.

I started training with Daniel in September 2015. I have lost 20 pounds and have become stronger. Daniel is thorough when working with me and using weights and machines. He is so incredibly knowledgeable about foods and macronutrients;I have learned so much from Daniel and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trainer who is going to get you motivated. He is the best!
