Do not use this guy. If you do, you are making a huge mistake. He is a SCAM. I contracted him to import topsoil and install sod in my yard. From the beginning, he kept telling me he was going to start on a certain day and that went on for a week. He finally showed up with first load of dirt after several days of excuses. After about half of the topsoil was installed, I paid him half of the money for topsoil & so he could purchase sod. Then his truck broke down which sat on street in front of my house for 4 days which mean't nothing happened during that time. He just kept giving me more excuses. He finally finished the import of topsoil & then disappeared. He didn't return phone calls or show up to finish job so I filed a police report and now in process of taking him to court for theft since my deposit was to pay for all materials including sod.

To respond to this review. I would like to say they are a lot of varying aspects and services and business that apply to people really sometimes just not being able to please everybody. Out of several hundred jobs every year this one particular customer was not pleased in which I'm trying to resolve. But all our services to speak for itself and you be the judge because we have so many pleased customers. To remain in business as in Central Florida you have to be able to rely on your referral services, in which our business largely relies on. Make no judgments until all the information is laid out in front of you.

Pick up and remove leaf from yard. Job was not complete according to contrast. Took two weeks to complete a two day job. Did not show up when they said they would come. Did not fulfilled written contract. Contrast specified all areas. They refused to clean side of house which was in contrast. They even took our 3 trash cans. It's been over a week and they haven't returned our cans or heard from them. Would not recommend Hartford services.

Our pricing is very complicated. We like to provide the work for a very reasonable price.We take into consideration the status of our customers as well as our abilities to do the work Sometimes allowing payment plans for those who need it. We would like everybody to know that we do help in any way possible if we can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes.! We continue to further all of our education up to the latest An arborist and fertilization through Mid Florida Tech in Central Florida. We also, continue to keep up with all the latest trends and techniques in all fashions of home maintenance repairs and innovation. Also in retrospect we continue to learn from each one of our valued customers in the field of customer relationship and quality of work that they demand.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We had gotten into our line of work through our family needs and the needs of other people around our area. Our grandparents and closely related people needed as a providing service that would help them for a reasonable price for the quality of work and we can do.
