- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate of $20 and I end up cleaning about the same amount of time each time I visit the home. As I become familiar with the client and what is expected of me during each visit I can begin to develop more of a routine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer will begin with meeting at the home for a walk through. During the meeting we would discuss what you would like to specifically have done in the home as well as pricing and procedures. Procedures would include everything from entering the area to exiting the area. You may stay or leave while I am working, I am comfortable either way. I like to be personally introduced to pets if possible so they arent afraid of the lady with the big vacuum!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned several businesses in my life. I have done everything from catering and sales to of course cleaning and care taking. I love to talk to people, and I am good at understanding what is expected of me in each home as every person is different in their expectations. I also clean several offices so that is a little bit different as well.
