We had an amazing experience. We enjoyed our 3 course meal and even had a great time getting to enjoy Chef and Chanel’s conversation. Our scallops, pork chops, shrimp, broccolini and potatoes were cooked to perfection. Our dessert tarts were divine ☺️. We will certainly use his services again soon! Chef Roberts was the best. His works speaks for itself. The food was amazing. Chef was very responsive, very professional and his customer service was a 10. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Know that there’s a chef fee we work very hard to make every clients event the best. So don’t be afraid of pricing but if it gets to expensive just ask if there’s something we can do on pricing and let’s work together to get it done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Getting to know them and what they like. I love making my work about my clients because it’s all about them my skill is to make what they want come to reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’ve studied culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu and trained under some great chefs. Done Banquets for large parties and weddings. Learned a lot of cuisines from Italian, French, Latin, Mexican, Asian, fusion cuisine, Thai and American. I’ve also been apart and cooked for the James Beard Award Foundation and been apart of kitchen that have won Golden Spoon Award.
