Chef Sami and his team were amazing!! We worked with him to create a fabulous surprise Father's Day 4 course menu plus delicious hors d'oeuvres. Every dish they put out was exceptional. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My process is very easy and simple. We schedule a quick call to narrow down the details for your special event and I email an event order to you shortly after.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As the chef and owner of a small personal chef company, I graduated from Johnson and whales university with a BS in hospitality management, food science and wellness and sustainability. I have 15+ years in the industry working at the highest levels of services. For example, the Ritz Carlton, masters tournament Augusta GA, Kiawah resort Charleston SC, W Boston hotel.
