David quirdingo is an awesome trainer. He would taylor workouts for my specific goals. He is also motivational. Being concerned for my health and ability to complete workouts was a concern for me , which was one of his concerns also. He constantly made sure that my flexibility was up to par , and that I kept up with my numerous injuries therefore allowing me quality workouts. Nutrition is one of his concerns as he offered advice in that area as well. His pricing is affordable and his schedule is flexible. If you are looking for a great trainer I highly recommend David !

This is personal training at its best! I watched Alex train and transform my son for about a year before I decided I needed his help. I've been training with him for six months now. This is his life, his passion. He has taught me how to work out properly and has motivated me to strengthen myself more than I ever imagined. I am blown away by what he can get my body to do. I did my first figure show at the age of 48 and placed last in every category. I went to Onyx gym not knowing what to expect. Ulrick is very good and very friendly. If you are serious about a workout this is the place for you. He monitors your heart rate and keep record of your personal training. This helps him to keep you challenged all the time. I would highly recommend Onyx gym.
Andrew is an excellent trainer. He quickly identifies areas of opportunity and develops routines that not only keep your body confused, but are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Weather it be for weight loss, strength, muscle building, or just overall athletic fitness he is the man. His role goes beyond just the sessions you pay for as he provides support beyond by providing nutritional advice and developing "homework" routines for his dedicated clients. You can't find a better, more personable trainer than Drew, that truly cares about you and your health.
