- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If there's a need for availability before or after my normal business hours, or extended hours for larger jobs, there will be a reasonable fee in which we will agree upon before hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out the clients needs and time expectations is key, then keep communication open throughout the task for any adjustments needed.
