FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new client, we have a consultation first where we go over how the client is feeling, why they have decided to begin working with a personal trainer, what their needs and goals are (also as they connect to the client's mental and emotional outlook), current fitness experience, current fitness level, life stressors, nutrition and hydration, sleep, medical history, and anything else the client wants to talk about or ask questions about during this consultation. During the initial session, I will do a series of assessments for functional movement screening and range of motion, along with a baseline workout to see how the client performs and baseline weights for exercises the client will start out with. After this, our new baseline is established and we begin our step by step approach to achieving client goals!

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fitness, health, and wellness have always been a passion of mine. I have also always known that I wanted to do what I love for a living. When it came time to ask myself what it was I wanted to do, the answer seemed immediate and easy. I wanted to help others with their fitness, health, and wellness goals as well. I wanted to become a personal trainer.
