“If you hire Dre as your Personal Trainer and follow his nutrition advice, you will reach your fitness goals! For me it was all about losing weight and Dre has been a key component in my weight loss and strength training. He has pushed me to do my best while providing encouragement. The workouts are different each day and every exercise is tailored around my goals and my abilities. Hiring Dre to be my trainer & nutrition coach was a great decision for me, and I definitely recommend him. Dre cares about your goals and much as you do and will definitely help you achieve them


  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge $300-$500 per month. The price reflects the total number of sessions for the month.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Being authentic and transparent is major with cultivating relationships. So aside from conducting a proper fitness/nutrition assessment, I exercise alongside new members to demonstrate exercises and motivate them through the entire workout.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a NAFC certified trainer and I’ve been training for 8 years.
