I came to Brian with a vague vision of what I wanted: bigger, stronger, and to maintain my athletic competitiveness as I'm getting older. Brian helped set a clearer vision and not only that I could achieve that, but to see that I could achieve goals beyond if I wanted to put in the work. I was around 135 lbs when I started and put on 30 lbs of muscle with Brian's help. I've learned how my diet has affected my body and how to properly perform exercises to focus on the muscles I want to workout while avoiding injury. Brian helped guide our workouts around closed gyms of COVID-19, to not let a change in routine cause us to lose focus of our goals. You need to bring your own motivation and it takes discipline, but Brian will teach you how to push your body to create the results you want.

    Prices start at $1 a minute. 30 minute session minimum & 60 minute session maximum. Discounts apply when packages are bought.
