- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 30 minute and 60 minute sessions. I also assist with nutrition, cardio program and mobility/flexibility program. I provide ultimate support and accountability for my clients to not only achieve their goal but create a permanent change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation about goals, their why and more information about them, specifically. Then I take measurements and take the client through a movement assessment. Then I create the program and we begin getting results!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree from the University of Florida and a Masters degree in Kinesiology from the University of Central Florida. I have many nationally recognized certifications: NSCA-CSCS, NSCA-CPT, USAW, USATF and PTA Global-CPT.
