Personal Training

Joining this gym was the best decision i made for myself to reach my personal body goals. Bobbie is such a excellent manager she answered every question & concerns i had & made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Furthermore, my trainer Caroline is excellent she is very responsive & pays attention to her clients needs. I love working with her & can't wait to post the results of my body transformation. In conclusion, i love being here if i could give more stars i would. I definitely will be referring family members & friends to this gym. Love you guys!

I had great experience with transform your body, I was there for 3 months and I was able to see the progress I always want to see in my self. Before starting my journey I always struggled with my healthy weight loss and was putting on few pounds every week. Tried all diets and different weight loss products nothing really worked for me. But after starting training with personal trainer here in few weeks or so I started to see progress in my body mentally and physically I was feeling great with all the work outs 3 times per week. The trainer really work hard with you one on one and answer any concerns you may have, amazing stuff everyone is super friendly. Also provide you with your nutrition plan, 3D scan and keep you on track every week. It’s definitely worth every penny you just have to be patience to see the progress just keep working hard and follow all the advice from you trainer, show up on time and they have everything ready for you. Consistency is the key. Patricia was my trainer and she is amazing and very friendly person, really enjoyed working out with her. I will definitely recommend this place to those who doesn’t know how to get started with their healthy weight loss journey or if you are just looking to get fit this is the best place to be.

I’ve been working out with Patricia for a year and am so thankful to her for supporting, motivating and challenging me all the time. When I went to TYB my goals were losing some weight and getting help to change my eating habits, but I got much more than I expected. Patricia is a perfect personal trainer because she always focuses on my goals and comes up with a workout which is challenging, but really effective. She also demonstrates good form and explains what I should or should not feel, so I can do each move correctly and safe. After a couple weeks I realized that I improved a lot, I got stronger and more energized in addition, my body shape got closer to my goals :) Patricia always pushes my limits and motivates me which helps me a lot when I feel I can’t do one more. She is more than a personal trainer, she is a workout partner who takes care of the right exercises working the best for my body, she gives me advices and tracks my diet, supports and encourages me to do my best. I can’t imagine working out without her supervision, motivation and company anymore.

As a new year resolution, I decided to research personal fitness places around town. I have never enjoyed going to a gym, but realized I needed accountability in order to attain my fitness goals. After my first visit to transform your body, I knew it was the right fit for me. I enjoy the small group fitness classes because of the camaraderie you gain with your fellow classmates, as well as all the personal assistance from your trainer to ensure proper technique and personal growth. I also really enjoy how they help to track nutrition since it is so essential to making progress physically. Overall, I’ve enjoyed my experience at transform your body and many people have noticed and have made positive comments on the progress I’ve made!!

I’ve been going to Transform your Body for a little over 3 months now and I’m so glad that I chose this gym. Everyone is so awesome and encouraging. They really know how to build a community. Patricia has been an awesome trainer. She has helped me to not only be excited about the number going down on the scale, which was my sole original goal, but also to be excited about increasing the weights I’m using in the gym. This was a mental shift I needed which has made me feel successful and so excited to be in the gym. Overall, I’m so happy with my experience here and can’t wait to continue working out with Patricia and the rest of the TYB community.
