Introduction: The following are our general rates, extras and conditions. Rates All Package rates are all inclusive. You are given a CD or DVD of your session in full resolution at conclusion of session. Turn Around Time * No longer than 5 business days * Rush charge of 50% for 24 hours (if available) * Rush charge of 25% for 48 hours (if available) * Re-prints and additional edited, 5 business days (if available) Deposit A $100.00 deposit is required for any session to be booked. It is refundable up to 48 hours prior to your session. The deposit may be transferred to another appointment time due to illness or family emergency. Availability We are open from 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Evenings are available on special request. Weekends are negotiable. Re-shoot policy If you are dissatisfied with your shoot, we will re-shoot the session at the same location and same outfit, for ½ price, regardless of reason within 30 days. Negative ownership policy (full resolution files) Though we provide an online service for additional prints, which we have researched and believe is the highest quality at the lowest price available, we deliver you a complete shot with all digital image files in full resolution on CD or DVD, depending on the number of digital files. You may choose to use our suggested service at our discounted rates, or feel free to re-print where you choose. At Reich Photography, you own your shots and can do with them what you please. Corporate head Shots and Publicity Packs Publicity/Head Shot - 1 hour on location (plus reasonable travel time included in price) - At least 30 shots - 1 shot edited, corrected, with digital files made print ready plus 1 8x10 proof - All shots in full resolution on CD Full Publicity Package for 1 Person - 3 hours on location with 2 set changes - At least 100 shots - 1 Head Shot edited, corrected with print ready digital file + 1 8x10 proof - 1 Desk Shot edited, corrected with print ready digital file + 1 8x10 proof - 1 Action Shot edited, corrected with print ready digital file + 1 8x10 proof - All shots in full resolution on DVD Full Corporate Publicity Package (up to 5 people in one session) - 5 hours on location - At least 250 shots - Up to 5 different head shots edited, corrected with print ready files +5 proofs - Up to 5 different desk shots edited, corrected with print ready files + 5 proofs - 2 different group shot edited, corrected with print ready files + 2 proofs - All shots in full resolution on DVD More extensive or custom needs shoots are quoted upon request Convention Services Basic Rates (Includes all reasonable equipment) - 160 per hour - 2 hour minimum is at $99.00 - ½ Day Rate - 4 hours is at $249.00 - Full Day Rate - 8 hours is at $299.00 Receive all shots full resolution on DVD after full payment, no additional charge. Special Event Services Reich Photography's Event Station - Full Novatron stationary set for guest photos - Up to 5 shots of each guest or couple as they enter the event - Best shot of each edited and printed 8x10, ready for pick up at end of event - $20.00 per printed 8x10, minimum 50 different 8x10s total cost. - No additional or per hour charges will be applied. Edited Slide Show for Closing Banquet - To be purchased in addition to 1 or 2 day shoot - Will include you must include list of up to 50 people or events - Will include at least 100 additional photos of interest and candid shots - Set to the music of your choice - Can be timed at 3, 5 or 7 minutes your choice - Cost is $500.00 for slide show in addition to 1 or 2 day shoot - Must have a clear 2-4 hours for editing before event - Bonus: We can shoot some shots of banquet, attach to end of presentation for effect. Album Cover/DVD Cover and Booklet Photography Basic Cover Shot - $99.00 - 1 hour consultation - 2 hour shooting session (up to 80 shots) - 1 edited, corrected digital files print ready + 2 8x10 proofs - All shots full resolution files on DVD Deluxe Cover Session - $249.00 - 1 hour consultation - 1 hour set up - 2 hour shoot covering 2 distinct looks and situations (at least 120 shots) - 1 hour shoot covering a simulated live performance shot (at least 60 shots) - 3 edited corrected digital files print ready of set look shots + 3 8x10 proofs - 1 edited corrected digital file print ready of live look shot + 1 8x10 proof - All shots full resolution files on DVD Full Concept Design Package - 2 hours consultation for basic design - 1 hour consultation for set and out suggestions - 3 hour shoot (several looks and set ups, up to 250 shots) - 1 hour shoot for individual head shots of members or cast (up to 60 shots) - 1 hour group press shots (up to 60 shots) - 10 fully edited and corrected digital files print ready + 10 8x10 proofs - All digital files, all shots full resolution on DVD More extensive or custom needs shoots are quoted upon request. Archival Services and Catalog Shots Large Collections Large collections which need to be photographed individually for insurance purposes or record keeping purposes. Architectural Shots $49.00 per hour, 2 hours minimum More extensive or custom needs shoots are quoted upon request. Nature and Natural Settings Fully available to photo-document any natural setting, Dr. Reich has his PhD in ichthyology and is familiar with scientific accuracy, if needed. Quotes custom is available on request. Film and Documentary Services - We can provide photographic services for documentation of daily shoots. - We can provide photographic services for set continuity - We can provide Photographic stills taken during the filming of a documentary, for use within the documentary. Basic charge is $160.00 per hour including all equipment, but fully negotiable on a per project basis.
