- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A percentage of proceeds from all bookings go towards organizations we support and believe in. We offer payment plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication! We are really passionate about what we do and we want to get to know you. From the moment of inquiry, we chat, get to know each other, and plan our session/event together. By the day of the shoot, we're already good friends and the session goes smoothly and effortlessly! Let's be friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jennifer - I have a college background in business, philosophy, photography, and fine art. In addition to college, I have also participated in courses and workshops at RI School of Design for photography, attended online courses from Creative Live, and have purchased educational resources/courses from well-known photographers that I admire. I am addicted to learning and continue to strive to learn more and advance in my skills. Nico - Nico is an established mechanical engineer, specializing in design and management. He is great with people and creativity which is something he utilizes daily as a full-time engineering manager.
