- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on square footage, surface condition, and material type. Every estimate includes cleaning, preparation, and a detailed explanation of the process so there are no surprises. We offer bundled discounts for larger areas, pool decks, and multi-service projects. Final pricing is always transparent, written, and provided before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your project, followed by an on-site inspection to measure the area and evaluate its condition. We explain exactly what the surface needs, provide a clear estimate, and schedule the service. On the day of the job, we walk you through the process and ensure the area is cleaned, sanded, and sealed with attention to detail. Communication is constant from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training includes hands-on experience with paver cleaning, sanding, sealing, and exterior surface restoration. We’ve worked closely with industry professionals, learned proper chemical handling, surface preparation techniques, and sealing applications suitable for Florida weather. We apply industry-standard methods to ensure long-lasting and safe results.
