FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estate planning does not have to be expensive. We offer plans that work to fit your needs and budget. Don’t try to do this yourself or hire an unlicensed document preparation service or paralegal to save money. As an experienced attorney I will be able to provide critical guidance and peace of mind that your documents are prepared properly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For many people, the thought of creating a will or a trust can be an overwhelming one. The first step is to recognize that creating an estate plan is essential to preserving your legacy, protecting assets for future generations, and clearly identifying people you trust to oversee your property and physical well being if ever necessary. Next, you must compile a list of your assets, their location, and value. This may include but is not limited to physical property, retirement and savings accounts, and insurance policies. The next step will be to think of those people in your life who you may want to give property to or trust to manage your finances if need be. Please contact me to begin this process.
