We manage single-family, multi-family, town homes, light retails and office using performance metrics designed to increase net rental income. On another note, our investors love the conversations module. It will keep you in the loop about everything that is taking place with your real estate portfolio. Quarterly inspections. This is how we are able to keep your real estate assets in great conditions. After each inspections we will make suggestions for improvements. Any items found to be defective or damaged by anyone other than the landlord will be required to be repaired within 7 days. We will follow-up with another inspection to ensure these were completed.

Mr Perez is one of the top ten real estate and management professionals in the entire state of Florida. He spares no expense,personal or otherwise to assist his clients to maximize the return on the property investments. In my own case,one time,I had a buyer for my property near Disney World. The mortgage company was being very unprofessional with the final no's. Not to be outsmarted with literally six hours before the buyer was going to walk on the deal,Mr Perez personally drove roundtrip 250 miles from Orlando to The tampa bay area,just to get the final nos that the mortgage company refused to fax. He got these nos and made the closing with 45 minutes to spare,and closed the sale. Mr Perez is honest,fair, unbeleavably hard wokring and knows real estate and Florida laws like a walking encyclopedia. He will do you right. Charlie has been managing my investment property and I could not be happier with the results. If I have questions, I get an answer very quickly. If there is a need for any repair, he lets me know along with at least a couple of quotes ready to go. I fully recommend him to anyone! In fact, I already have!

Charlie is an excellent property manager! I always recommend him to my owners. Even my Board President thinks highly of him. He has always been very swift and effective in resolving any problems with residents of the units he manage and any maintenance issues. If I could give him "Best Property Manager" award, I would. Charlie has always been so wonderful helping us when we need it. Recently the air conditioning in the home we are renting went out completely. Charlie worked with the owners and us (the tenants) to have the new system installed within 4 days. The company that did the air even brought a room air contitioner for us to use. Amantyz has been a wonderful company to work with. Being a renter you are not always treated like you are important, but Charlie and everyone at Amantyz always treat us wonderfully.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although this industry only requires about 14 our of CE, I take over 100 in a two year period, Fair Housing changes, for instance, requires update as it is one of the most complicated regulations in the industry. In addition we attend legal seminars to remain current with changes in Landlord and Tenant laws and others.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I thank my mother everyday for "The challenge." She wanted me to become a dentist. When I told her that I was planning to pursue a career in real estate she said "You will never make it." It has been 30 + years of being a proud member of the real estate management community. The irony is that in 1995 my mother joined me in real estate and still is! I'm very proud of her.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Since 2009 we have worked with many remodeling projects coming from the foreclosure waves. We prepare strategies and coordinate the completion of all the renovations. During the renovations process we are actively marketing and most of the time have been successful in procuring a resident by the time the rental is ready.
