FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates and free inspections for all our customers. Material prices change every month and they are based on state regulations. We work with you and your Insurance Company to ensure you receive an accurate quote and the best quality work. As the homeowner, you do not have to worry. We are here to help you fix your home with the best materials and remove your worries about cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We show up to your home for a 30–45 minute scheduled appointment. We introduce ourselves as your crew and jump right up on your roof to inspect! If your roof qualifies for an insurance claim, we talk you through starting that process. We do require you to sign a contract stating you are ready for our help in filing a claim with your insurance company. In 2-3 days from there, we will meet at your home with you again and the Insurance adjuster and walk the adjuster through the damages and getting the claim approved. Once that is approved, we order materials and will get to work! Once materials have arrived, we will have your new roof done in 1-2 days. Please understand that you as the homeowner are in complete control of the money coming from your Insurance Company for your claim. The Insurance Company sends you checks for the roofing repairs and/or installation, you pay us and the Insurance Company will ensure we complete the project to your and their satisfaction before providing final payment. We want you to have peace of mind when it comes to your home and your money!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Florida is one of the few states that require contractors to have a Registered Roofing Contractor License to pull permits to do roofing work. To have this type of license you have to have at least 5 years of experience and training. Our company has this license and we are also insured.
