Mike Estrella We went to that property 4 times and the visits were as follows: 05-02-22 Our tech arrived to the house, made the leak detection and found a leak on the Pool lamp pipes and he proceed to patch it. 05-27-22 The tech went back to the property at customer request and the pool gate was closed. We spoke with the customer, and he said he was going to call us back to reschedule. 06-20-22 Customer reported that the pool was losing water again, the tech went to the property and found the pool totally green, and it that condition he couldn’t make the leak detection, the customer said that he was going to treat the water and will let us know when it was clear, so the tech can go back. 07-15-22 After customer reported that the pool was clear again we sent the tech back and he found a small leak on the skimmer. 02-07-23 Customer called the office asking for a warranty on the leak detection and we proceed to explain him that the service has 30 days of warranty, and that in his specific case we went back a few times even after the warranty was expired, and he told that he will think about and will let us know.
