Nice to have the owner doing his own work. The work was not contracted out. Which was very nice. The owner was here and worked along with his employees. That is rare these days. Would recommend this company to anyone. Wonderful job.

Our pool pump broke and I contacted pool 1 since they has great reviews.
Rafael was very explainable on every single issue. He campé to check on the problem and gave me a quote up front which was totally accurate.
He spent more than 2 hours replacing parts and explaining me how to recognize any signs of abnormal function (I am a new homeowner and never had to maintain a pool).
Overall he did an outstanding job and I am very happy with the service

Never heard of EcoFINISH. But let me tell you we are very pleased. Going from a boring white fiberglass surface to a new brilliant color finish that almost seems impermeable to the elements.
Not to mention that Eduardo and his crew were very professional and friendly. They explained every part of the installation as it proceeded. If were not for Thumbtack, we never would have found the s awesome product.
