I try following up to see how things are coming along and the accountant who I spoke with was friendly and sent me all the forms and then after some time when I called to see how things were going , she just doesn't return my calls or let me know what she still might need.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What we due with our new clients is gather all the information from IRS. in order for us to that we must get all of our clients to fill out and sign a Power of Attorney so we can talk to the IRS on their behalf.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every Tax agent or accountants must have at least 20 hours of Tax classes in order to keep their PTIN. So we are always update on the laws and IRS.
