- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Carpet installation can start at $.45 cents a sq ft. Tile installation will start at $3.50 with all setting materials included . Wood Flooring will start at $1.75 sq ft plus supplies and adhesive . Vinyl Plank and squares start at $.75 cents a square ft plus adhesive . All of these prices are subject to site visit and special circumstances
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our customers are from the web and social media . We offer a complete shop at home service with free measure and price quotes . More importantly if they are in need of new flooring we will bring the samples to the customer . Flooring Repairs whether its wood , vinyl, carpet, tile, etc. our professional installer will have a remedy to satisfy the situations
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Certified Floor Covering Specialist with CFI . We are also Licensed and Insured . We Back round check all of our installers and we will always have a supervisor on the job when we get started
