• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
  All of our pricing is transparent! When you book with us we send you an invoice and an itemized sheet so you can clearly see exactly what you are paying for when you book with us! Typically projects require a 30% deposit up-front, followed by 30% on the day of production, and the final 40% due upon completion. FOR EDITING PROJECTS: We require a 50% deposit up-front, followed by 50% upon completion.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
  Step 1: Book A Discovery Call - This allows us to get a better idea of the vision and style of your project! Step 2: Once you book us, we hop on another call to get every possible detail related to the project so that way we can execute your vision. Step 3: Pre-Production - This is the time where we plan out the details, logistics, and style of your project. This includes finding the right locations, scriptwriting, developing the story and hiring any additional crew to support the production. (If you book us for editing only, the pre-production process is not necessary). Step 4: Production/Filming - We film your project at the designated locations. We make sure that we are on-time and on-budget during the production process. Step 5: Post-Production - This is where we edit your video and add all the things that make your video special! In this process, we work on color-grading, audio-mixing and sound design, and motion graphics if needed. Step 6: Final Delivery - Once we finish your project and make any corrections needed, we send you the final project
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
  We are a team of professional creatives that have been working in this industry for the last 7 years. We have worked with Under Armour, UFC Gym, start-up companies, and houses of worship. We are a group of professionals that are passionate about serving others through video production!
