One of the most important credentials to look for is that your mold inspector / sampler is licensed with the State of Florida. Another extremely important qualification to hold in this industry is a certification with the American Council of Accredited Certifications or ACAC. This certification is the most respected credential of this industry, requiring proof of experience and a proctored exam only then to have the application go in front of a council board. This is a big difference from your online "training" schools that issue "certifications" through the mail.
