Introduction: I love how all the pieces come together the day of the wedding. The face and emotions of the bride and groom when they see all the final details come together to what they envisioned. Seeing the happy and stress free bride is what makes me smile.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly I provide Day of Coordination services to my clients which actually starts 4-6 weeks prior to your event day.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

For clients looking for a wedding planner, know that it takes about 200-300 hours to fully plan a wedding. A planner/coordinator is taking over that many times burdening and time consuming task to assist in creating one of the most memorable times of your life to share with your loved ones. Event planners can help you save not only a LOT of time and strew but as equally important money. We not only have experience but connections in the industry to find the best options for your budget. Do not devalue or take for granted the importance of a event planner as we help keep everything and all other vendors on the same page and organized for your big event. You essentially can save more by hiring a planner than not.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It takes 200-300 hours to plan a wedding. It is very time consuming and entails a lot of research and hands on work. We make a lot of calls and travel a lot to find the perfect venue/location for your event, to negotiate the best pricing for your budget. We are on your side to make sure your day runs smoothly. Our service fee covers ALL that we have to do to create your dream and perfect event. We are not on payroll, we pay for our own company insurance which covers you and your guests if anything happens at your event, we pay for our own personal insurance. Unlike "corporate" careers we don't get paid time off. I wish clients would be aware that if it takes 300 hours of work to plan their wedding and don't want to pay a planner more than $800 (many want to pay less or nothing) that you are asking us to work for $2.66 an hour to create your dream event. Depending on the vendor, they work anywhere between 12 - 60 hours.
