Introduction: I have been a Certified active Personal Trainer since 2011 as well as a Certified Yoga Instructor since 2017. I train my clients at Lake Nona Performance club located at 6775 Chopra Ter, Orlando, FL 32827. The designing of my Group & Private Fitness classes is a combination of 37 years of experience Teaching Group Fitness Classes, Training Private Clients and Training for my own figure Competitions. You'll love the variety of exercises keeping it fun, motivating , maximizing the time spent to get the best results and a satisfying experience! I know how important it is to change workouts frequently to stay motivated and keep the muscles guessing so your body doesn't hit a plateau. I know how to make working out fun and exciting by using my 37 years of experience in teaching Private Clients, Group Fitness Classes and yoga to design workouts. I love talking about wellness. Working as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor allows me to be around an environment where people are like me, trying to get fit or stay fit through working out and proper nutrition. This gives me an opportunity to be myself and share all my knowledge, experience and expertise with people who really care about what I have to say and offer.

Ivonne is truly an amazing trainer. I usually need a little push to feel motivated to work out which is what I got during my training sessions and I am thankful for that. I feel much stronger and better since I started my training. She maintains a good balance between encouragement to push harder and understanding ones needs and capabilities. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

Velay Training is amazing! We are on our second month, they train my father. Who had a stroke 6 months ago. Hrs had such a great improvement and he really enjoys the sessions. My father is wheelchair bound currently. Yvonne takes her time to help my father gain strength on his good side.

There are a variety of prices for all budgets, in your initial consultation we will go over all the different options available to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before working with a new customer we do a zoom consultation to go over your fitness goals, health and any limitations you may have to make the necessary adjustments to your fitness program to avoid injury and keep you safe.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I have been working as a Personal Trainer since 2011 and teaching Yoga since 2017. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as well as a Certified Yoga Instructor. I take continue education courses to keep my Certification current and I need to finish those courses and pass a final exam before my Certification expires and before I am issued a new Certification every 2 years.
