I needed a 19x16 carpet cleaned... quickly. I found Suncoast Carpet on "thumbtack"..... they responded quickly with an estimate, I spoke with nice lady. Mike showed up in 3 hours, did the job and added cleaning carpet on stairs as well. He was very professional and curtious. We would highly recommend them.

Everything was perfect from initial contact to finished job. First of all, I had never heard of Thumbtack before. I googled, "Carpet cleaners near me" and clicked on one of the top links which took me to Thumbtack. I liked that Thumbtack gave me recommendations and base prices and that I could pick from there. Next, I looked for good, honest reviews. After reading nearly all of the reviews, I chose Suncoast Carpet & Tile Cleaning. They were super quick to respond by phone and Mike's wife, Michelle, was super sweet and answered all of my questions. I had Mike come over to give us an estimate because we wanted to know total cost for all of our needs. When he gave me the estimate, the price seemed so low, I thought he made a mistake. He rechecked his numbers and assured me that the total was correct. When cleaning day arrived, they were very prompt and even arrived a few minutes early. They cleaned our living room carpet, stairs, upstairs landing, three bedrooms and sectional sofa. Everything smelled so fresh and clean and even old pet stains were gone! They also steam cleaned and sealed our kitchen tile, pantry and downstairs bathroom. I wish I could say that I could do as good of a job on the kitchen floor, but it hasn't looked this good since it was new! FYI, if you have Suncoast do any work for you and you're like me and think that their prices are more than reasonable, you can leave Mikey a tip. He works really hard (and FAST!) and deserves it. :-) But don't hire them because they're cheap, hire them because they do a good job!

Once we receive a request to quote on a job, we pride ourselves in responding quickly. We will send pricing to the potential customer based upon the information provided in their request.
