Introduction: We bring you the healing and life-changing benefits of Bikram Yoga, the 26 postures sequence selected and created from hatha yoga by Bikram Choudhury. It has been experienced and proven by millions that these 26 postures work systematically every part of the body, to give all the veins, all the internal organs, all the muscles and all the ligaments everything they require to maintain maximum function and optimum health. Each component deals with something different in the body, and yet they all synergistically work together, contributing to every other one's success, and extending its benefits. In our 4,000 sq. foot. facility we teach only Bikram’s Beginning Yoga class as trained and taught by Bikram Choudhury himself and his dedicated staff members and senior teachers including his wife Rajashree, former director of education Craig Villani and principal Emmy Cleaves. In our boutique, you will see an array of athletic accessories and gear before, during, and after yoga exercise. Our spacious, clean men's and ladies' changing areas each have 3 tiled stalls and showers with a lot of hangers and safe storage for your belongings. We have all that you need to get your day ended or started off right. Our goal is to leave you happier, stronger and healthier every time you visit. We will also leave you thirsty for further yoga, so make sure to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate before coming to class, and then especially after class. With a dedicated and consistent yoga practice, you will, over time, notice significant changes to your breathing, energy level, body and overall well being. We are trained and certified under Bikram’s Yoga College of India, which is the highest certification through the Yoga Alliance. Bikram Yoga (over 700 hrs.) can only be practiced under a certified Bikram yoga teacher's guidance at one of the affiliated Bikram yoga studios.
