Introduction: Whether you need homework help, ESL tutoring, test prep, homeschool tutoring support or tutoring in a specific subject, Tutoring Services for Children & Adults is here to serve you via online tutoring or in person. Education I have a degree in English with a concentration in creative writing from the University of Central Florida (UCF). I also took five core teaching education classes while a student at UCF. Professional Experience I have 10 and 1/2 years of professional experience in the magazine copy editing industry, with a concentration in research, proofing, fact-checking, grammar and copy editing. I have also done freelance writing/book copy editing projects for various organizations, including writing/copy editing for both print and digital media. Currently, I tutor clients, from pre-k through adult, in subject areas ranging from reading comprehension to geography, standardized test prep and ESL. I enjoy helping others reach an academic goal and learn new skills. When someone I'm tutoring grasps a concept and it makes sense to them, I get a lot of joy from being a part of that! Even though I am finished with my schooling, I see life as a lifelong learning experience.
